Optics Experiments

This project has two goals:

1. Acquiring and inventing cheap substitutes for optical equipment
2. Performing experiments in optics to learn interesting tricks

I found some cheap polarizer sheets from 3Dlens.com and made some casings for them from washers. I just spray-painted some washers black and then epoxied two of them together with a small square of polarizer covering the hole. This is a cheap and handy way to play with polarizers.
